Pictures were taken of Arthur by media from the videolink system , so these may be published shortly . You will notice Arthur at Albany , flanked by 2 guards & wearing blue prison overalls . Corrections NZ could have used its discretion to allow Arthur to wear collar & tie , as he did when appearing in Court personally . The 2 guards could have just as easily stood off camera . Corrections NZ is misusing its power to punish an offender to punish Arthur for bringing a successful civil action against them . Corrections can't see their own conflict of interest . This behaviour wouldn't be tolerated elsewhere .
